Project Team - Assessment study of the water and sanitation situation at dispensaries in Tanzania

Are you interested in water and sanitation and interested to get insight about humanitarian work abroad?

We are now looking for about one or two students that can assist in a project containing an assessment study of the water and sanitation situation at 10 dispensaries in Tanzania. You will support the project by researching issues and possible solutions that an engineer from a company in Gothenburg shall look more closely into on site. You will also carry out investigations as posed by them. It will pose many of the questions that arise in water and sanitation projects commonly carried out in EWB.

The project is done together with an organization on site in Tanzania that has a long term vision of improving water, sanitation and hygiene situation at these 10 dispensaries. We have been asked to do an assessment for them to base their further activities on.

Preferably you are doing your first year on your master or your third year on your bachelor, but you are welcome to apply regardless of which year you study. What is required is that you are studying something that could be related and useful for the project and are interested in water and sanitation.
