Today we are a big network of newly arrived engineers, established engineers in Sweden, companies and organisations. We believe that the next step for the E2E project in Malmö is to arrange internships at companies for the newly arrived engineers and companies in our network. The goal is to work long term and that an internship should lead to an employment.
Start a dialog with the companies in our network; Are they interested in internships with newly arrived engineers in our network? What are they looking for?
Define the need at the companies and reach out to our E2E network to find matching profiles within our network of engineers.
Arrange the internships. Period of time? Conditions of the work? Take help from our contacts at Arbetsförmedlingen if needed.
Follow up the outcome of the internship and make corrective changes of the internship set-up if needed. Keep track of employment rate after the internships.
Who are you?
You are an engineer with a broad (not necessarily deep!) knowledge of different engineering disciplines and Swedish industry. You enjoy making new contacts. Perhaps you have language skills such as being fluent in both Arabic and Swedish. You can working freely without to many instructions but have the courage to ask for help when needed.
Volunteer work is very dependent on our free time and our engagement. When having periods of less free time or engagement you will do your best to communicate this to the rest of the group.
We look forward to your application!
